Технічна залученість в іграх у малих складах: вплив обмежень завдання у футболі — систематичний огляд

Вступ. У підготовці футболістів ігри в малих складах (Small-Sided Games, SSGs) широко використовуються як інтегрований засіб одночасного розвитку технічних, тактичних, фізичних і когнітивних компонентів спортивної діяльності. Проте ступінь впливу окремих обмежень завдання (task constraints) на технічну залученість досі не має узагальненого й послідовного висвітлення.
Мета. Цей систематичний огляд мав на меті дослідити, як різні обмеження завдання в іграх у малих складах впливають на технічну залученість футболістів у межах інтегрованої системи тренування.
Матеріали і методи. Систематичний пошук в електронних базах даних було проведено відповідно до загальноприйнятих рекомендацій щодо підготовки систематичних оглядів. До аналізу включено 35 досліджень, у яких вивчали вплив формату SSG, розмірів ігрового майданчика, модифікацій правил, віку, біологічної зрілості та їхнього комплексного впливу на технічну залученість. Методологічну якість досліджень було оцінено, а отримані результати узагальнено за тематичними категоріями.
Результати. Встановлено, що менші формати гри та зменшена кількість гравців сприяли підвищенню технічної залученості, тоді як розміри ігрового майданчика та правила зарахування очок впливали на характер передач, частоту ударів по воротах і володіння м'ячем. Обмеження кількості дотиків прискорювало циркуляцію м'яча, проте нерідко призводило до збільшення кількості технічних помилок, особливо у молодших гравців. Вік, технічна підготовленість і рівень біологічної зрілості істотно впливали на технічну ефективність. Психічна втома та недостатнє відновлення стабільно асоціювалися зі зниженням точності передач, погіршенням контролю м'яча та збільшенням кількості помилок.
Обговорення. Отримані результати узгоджуються з попередніми дослідженнями, які підкреслюють роль обмежень завдання у формуванні спортивної діяльності. Наявні дані підтверджують, що технічна залученість в іграх у малих складах формується внаслідок динамічної взаємодії структурних, онтогенетичних і психофізіологічних чинників.
Висновки. Ігри в малих складах є ефективним інтегрованим засобом тренування для підвищення технічної залученості за умови, що дизайн завдання відповідає закономірностям вікового розвитку спортсменів і враховує особливості тренувального контексту.
