Особистісні фактори арбітрів у футболі, що впливають на формування стилів суддівства

Мета дослідження – визначити психологічні властивості особистості футбольних арбітрів, що впливають на формування у них стилів суддівства.
Матеріал і методи. В дослідженні взяли участь 25 футбольних арбітрів професіональних ліг України (вік 25-40 років, досвід 7-17 років арбітражу). Серед них 12 арбітрів Прем'єр-ліги України, 6 арбітрів Першої ліги ПФЛ, 7 арбітрів-жінок. Методи психологічної діагностики (самооцінка стійкості до стресу, тест EPQ Айзенка, емоційний інтелект за Холл, копінг-стратегії за Амірхан).
Результати. Оцінка стійкості до стресу в жінок-арбітрів на 10,2 % переважає цей показник у чоловіків-арбітрів – 33,3 проти 36,7 балів. Вивчення особливостей копінг-стратегій футбольних арбітрів показало, що для випробуваних у цілому характерний середній рівень вирішення проблем, середній рівень пошуку соціальної підтримки та низький рівень уникнення проблем. У цілому в футбольних арбітрів низький рівень керування емоціями, низький рівень розпізнавання емоцій інших людей (медіанна оцінки показника становила 6 балів). Решта показників відповідають середньому рівню. 52,0 % випробуваних характеризуються низьким, а решта 48,0 % – середнім рівнем емоційного інтелекту.
Висновки. Встановлено, що загалом футбольні арбітри демонструють середній рівень стійкості до стресу, проте ця особливість статистично значуще не впливає на вибір стилю суддівства футбольних арбітрів. Статистично значущі (р<0,050) кореляції між копінг-стратегіями поведінки арбітрів і їх стилями суддівства вказують на те, що копінг-стратегії, які використовують футбольні арбітри для подолання стресу та вирішення проблем, мають прямий вплив на їхній стиль суддівства. Зокрема, арбітри, які схильні до активного вирішення проблем і пошуку ефективних рішень, частіше демонструють авторитарний стиль суддівства. Водночас, арбітри, які схильні до уникнення проблем, частіше демонструють ліберальний стиль суддівства. Статистичного зв’язку між демократичним стилем та копінг-стратегіями не виявлено.
