Носимі технології у шкільному фізичному вихованні: систематичний огляд педагогічних аспектів

Обґрунтування. Носимі технології, зокрема монітори серцевого ритму, акселерометри та фітнес-трекери, дедалі частіше інтегруються у шкільне фізичне виховання з метою вдосконалення навчальних стратегій, підвищення залученості учнів і забезпечення персоналізованого навчання. Водночас емпіричні докази їхньої педагогічної ефективності залишаються фрагментованими.
Мета. Метою цього систематичного огляду є узагальнення досліджень щодо застосування носимих технологій у шкільному фізичному вихованні з аналізом їх інтеграції в навчальні стратегії, впливу на мотивацію та участь учнів, а також використання персоналізованого зворотного зв’язку.
Методи. Систематичний пошук у базах Web of Science, Scopus, ERIC, SPORTDiscus та PsycINFO дозволив ідентифікувати 12 рецензованих досліджень, опублікованих у період з 2000 по 2025 рік. Методологічну якість досліджень оцінювали за допомогою інструмента оцінювання змішаних методів, після чого результати було синтезовано.
Результати. Носимі технології сприяли реалізації різноманітних навчальних стратегій, зокрема наданню зворотного зв’язку в реальному часі, самоконтролю, гейміфікації та постановці цілей. Їх використання підвищувало мотивацію й участь учнів, а також забезпечувало персоналізований зворотний зв’язок, хоча водночас було відзначено проблеми, пов’язані з конфіденційністю даних та етичними аспектами. Рівень цифрової грамотності вчителів і їхня педагогічна компетентність суттєво впливали на ефективність упровадження.
Висновки. Носимі технології мають значний педагогічний потенціал у шкільному фізичному вихованні, сприяючи підвищенню мотивації, участі та персоналізації навчання. Успішне впровадження потребує продуманого навчального дизайну, готовності вчителів і ретельного етичного управління даними учнів. Подальші дослідження мають бути спрямовані на вивчення довгострокових ефектів та моделей професійного розвитку педагогів.
