Віртуальна реальність і гейміфікація для сприяння фізичній активності дітей: систематичний огляд сучасних тенденцій та інновацій

Обґрунтування. Фізична неактивність серед дітей у всьому світі зростає, що зумовлено сидячою поведінкою та способами життя, опосередкованими цифровими технологіями. Нові дослідження свідчать, що віртуальна реальність (VR) і гейміфікація можуть слугувати ефективними цифровими інтервенціями для сприяння фізичній активності (PA) та покращення показників здоров’я дітей.
Мета. Метою цього систематичного огляду було узагальнити та критично оцінити сучасні докази щодо інтервенцій на основі VR і гейміфікації, спрямованих на підвищення рівня фізичної активності серед дітей, із фокусом на характеристики інтервенцій, теоретичні механізми, ефективність та особливості впровадження.
Методи. Рецензовані дослідження було відібрано з баз даних Scopus, ERIC та ACM Digital Library. До аналізу включали інтервенційні дослідження за участю дітей і підлітків віком 5–18 років, у яких застосовували VR, ексергеймінг або гейміфіковані цифрові інтервенції для сприяння фізичній активності чи пов’язаним із нею показникам здоров’я. Дані було екстраговано та синтезовано відповідно до типології інтервенцій, теоретичних засад, результатів та особливостей впровадження.
Результати. До огляду було включено 11 інтервенційних досліджень, опублікованих у період з 2021 по 2025 рік. Загалом інтервенції на основі VR та гейміфікації продемонстрували позитивний вплив на залучення до фізичної активності, моторні результати та окремі психосоціальні показники. Ефективні дизайни зазвичай інтегрували постановку цілей, зворотний зв’язок, соціальне порівняння та механізми винагороди, часто узгоджені з теорією самодетермінації та соціально-когнітивною теорією. Ключовими бар’єрами впровадження були вартість, доступність і кадрові вимоги, тоді як чинниками-сприятелями виступали моделі дистанційної реалізації, залучення зацікавлених сторін і використання апаратного забезпечення споживчого рівня.
Висновки. VR і гейміфікація мають значний потенціал для сприяння фізичній активності дітей за умови теоретично обґрунтованої та якісної реалізації інтервенцій. Водночас докази щодо довгострокової ефективності, сталості та рівного доступу залишаються обмеженими, що підкреслює потребу в лонгітюдних дослідженнях і масштабованих, інклюзивних моделях інтервенцій.
