Dear Authors,
The journal continues to evolve by strengthening the quality of peer review, editorial support, and scientific communication in line with international academic standards.
In response to the increasing global expectations for research integrity, open access, and professional editing, the Editorial Board is updating its Article Processing Charge (APC) policy, effective January 1, 2026.
The standard APC is 700 USD per accepted manuscript.
This policy is introduced to support the long-term sustainability of editorial services, uphold ethical publishing standards, and foster the journal’s continued growth within the international academic community.
This change reflects the actual costs of high-quality editorial services, including:
• professional English-language editing and plagiarism screening (Turnitin);
• DOI registration and Crossref archiving;
• continuous website hosting and open-access dissemination;
• maintenance of double-blind peer-review and professional editorial management.
To support our research community during the transition period, the following incentives apply:
• submissions received before January 1, 2026 will be processed under the previous APC rate of 300 USD;
• reviewers with verified contributions receive APC discount vouchers;
• limited waivers for high-quality research from low-income institutions are available upon request.
The Editorial Board remains committed to providing a fair, transparent, and internationally recognized publication platform.
With respect,
Editorial Board
